Engineering department of BC Consultants is responsible for the detailed
technical design of a wide variety of land development projects. Our civil engineers
 are focused on maximizing the utility and efficiency of each site,
while taking into account the needs of our clients and the ultimate
homebuyer.
BC's engineering department has designed many large and visible projects in
Northern Virginia, including Kingstowne, Buckley's Reserve, Fair Chase,
Centreville Farms, The Ridings at Virginia Run and Fairfax Center.
