Mr.
Tucker is an experienced Civil Engineer who has knowledge in all aspects of
commercial and residential design including storm water management, site
grading, storm drainage, floodplain studies, erosion and sediment control
measures, sanitary sewer systems, roadway design, project bond estimates,
and earthwork studies. He has successfully designed several large-scale
Arlington and Fairfax County projects including Quincy Street Station, The
Charleston, and Plaza 1900.
